The invention of Ruby chocolate is the work of global R&D centers of Barry Callebaut, based in France and Belgium.  Some assume that given its natural pink colour that it must be genetically modified but ruby chocolate is actually made from cacao beans,  which can be anything from white to green to dark brown. What makes ruby chocolate so unique is that it doesn’t have enough dairy to qualify as milk chocolate and it has more cocoa solids than white chocolate. Its taste has been described as berries fruitness and luscious smoothness

  • Ingredients (Allergens in bold)

    Ruby Chocolate - Sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; soya lecithin, citric acid, natural vanilla flavouring.

    Produced in facilities that also handle nuts, wheat, milk and eggs. Products will therefore contain traces of these products, even when not stated on ingredients list.

    Best eaten within 6-8 weeks 

    How to store chocolate

    Our chocolates should be stored at 14 - 19 degrees Celcius in a dry place, away from the sunlight and strong smells. Fridge is not advisable (unless is a hot day so you put them in the fridge 20 mins before eating)

  • Delivery

    We make all products to order, so please allow up to 5 days to prepare your order before shipping. This time is longer during busy periods. 

    Products are typically processed and dispatched within 5 working days (longer at busier times such as Christmas and Easter) and sent by Royal Mail within the UK.
